Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. The booking of flights and car hire is your own responsibility.
2. We strongly advise that you take out appropriate insurance when confirming your booking in light of your obligation to pay the balance by the due date.
3. This is a private booking of a private house and we expect that you will treat the property as you would expect visitors to treat your own home.
4. When sending you the account for the balance we will ask you to confirm your flight number and the expected time of arrival at Faro. The house will be available from 2pm on the date scheduled for your arrival. You are expected to vacate the house by 10am on the day of your departure.
5. The breakage deposit will be returned to you, normally within thirty days of the completion of your stay, subject to a satisfactory report from our manager. The cost of any damage will be deducted from the breakage deposit but we reserve the right, in the event of any damage exceeding £100, to recover the excess from you.
6. The booking deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation by you. Cancellation after payment of the balance becomes due will result in the loss of all monies unless a replacement booking is found in which case we will retain £200.
7. On receipt of the balance due, including breakage deposit, we will send you a map enabling you to locate the house and details of the arrangements regarding the keys.
