Fudge Bananas

 

Very sweet but popular.

2 Bananas, sliced
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
30g Butter
5 tbsp double Cream
Squeeze Lemon Juice
1 tbsp chopped Nuts

Place sugar and butter in saucepan and melt. Add the cream stirring constantly til amalgamated. Sharpen with lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Put bananas into an ovenproof dish, pour sauce over, top with nuts and place in hot oven for 5 minutes.
