This is specially delicious if you use freshly boiled and
picked crabs but is nearly as good with ready picked crab meat.
500g Crab meat, brown and white meat
2 hardboiled Eggs, chopped
50ml Aguadente or Brandy
Salt, Pepper & Piri Piri
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Gherkins, chopped
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
Mix all of the brown and white meat together with
the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve with thin buttered toast
or crisps. Vinho verde is an especially good accompaniment.
